Unless specifically quoted, our policy is that we bill on a time and materials basis corresponding to the appropriate billing rate & multiplier. *After the first hour ALL hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments.

Rate Multipliers Multiply Rate By
Before / After Normal Business Hours 1.5 x normal rate
Disaster (flood, fire, lightning, etc) 1.5 x normal rate
Weekend (except Sat. depot) 2.0 x normal rate
Holidays 3.0 x normal rate
Weekend Holidays 4.0 x normal rate
Travel & Drive Time

The time that it takes each technician to travel from BBC to the client’s location and back to BBC plus additional fees such as toll roads, airplane tickets, lodging expenses, etc. The travel time is then combined with the daily onsite time to create one consecutive billing time for each technician per billing day. This is done to minimize separate quarter hour rounding charges however long haul destinations will have the travel time separately itemized and billed. Notwithstanding, the travel rate is equal to the onsite or specialty rate of each technician, as noted above, unless previously agreed upon prior to the visit.

All invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise noted.
Overdue invoices will be subject to a 1.5% monthly Finance Charge.

Our policy is that we bill for the amount of time that it takes multiplied by the skill level required or service rate chosen. We do not bill by the job unless we have provided a signed quote stating that the job is a fixed price quote regardless of the hours involved. You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to any service.
